Mr. Talaat joined HC in 2008 to establish the Custody Services Department. Talaat started his career in Saudi Arabia in the Insurance Industry. In 2000 Mr. Talaat joined Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) Company as part of a specialized team to adapt the dealing system of the Egyptian Stock Exchange with the centralized custody system within the firm. Mr. Talaat was a team member of the MCDR operations related to the GDR. He was also a member of the Committee delegated from the MCDR to assist the Libyan government setting up the Libyan Capital Market Authority. In addition to the above, he was delegated to the Non-Commercial Risk Fund to analyze all problems between brokerage companies and their clients. Mr. Talaat holds a BA in Law form Cairo University and has a High Diploma in Capital Markets from Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.
