Become a Client

Requirements for opening a Brokerage Account:

As a general requirement, all clients should meet the minimum amount required by the company to open an account. This minimum is reviewed periodically by management.

Documents required for a Personal Account:

  2. Obtain bank signature verification.
  3. A copy of the personal identification card / passport.
  4. A copy of electricity / telephone bill verifying client address.

Documents required for a Corporate Account:

  • Authorized signatory should complete and sign the account opening forms.
  • The authorized signer is the legal representative of the company as evidenced by the commercial register.
  • Obtain bank signature verification.
  • A copy of the latest commercial register (issued within a 3 month period), articles of association, and tax card of the company.
  • A copy of the personal identification card / passport of the authorized signer.
  • A duly signed letter from the company authorizing the corporate officers who are responsible to act on the account, their limits, and copies of their personal identification card / passport.
